“listen, are you breathing just a little and calling it life?”

ABOUT ME.

Hey there, I'm Mallorie Stallings, MA, LMHC, NCC. I believe in sun ripened strawberries, iced coffee, long walks, supporting your highest self, and stepping into the responsibility of reclaiming your life. I believe that full healing comes from dismantling the old programming that keeps us stuck. I believe in magic, miracles and hard work.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2014. I started as a aid on a residential unit and since then have held the positions of residential counselor, case manager, forensic therapist, coach and now private practice therapist. I've worked with teens, adults, people with felonies, those struggling with relationship issues, people experiencing great loss, those who are navigating trauma, and others who just want to figure out who they are.

I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am an independently licensed mental health counselor in Washington state (license #LH61319588). I am also a national certified counselor (think board certification for counselors). I am currently working towards becoming an EMDR certified therapist.

I encourage you to take a look around my website and learn more about who I work with, what insurances + pricing I have available, as well as my practice policies. If I sound like the therapist for you, I encourage you to reach out through the form below for a consult call!
