My private pay hourly rate (50 min) is $160.

I accept Aetna, Premera, Regence, Oscar Health, Oxford and United.

I work with adults aged 18+. My specialties focus on: identity, attachment, grief and loss, trauma and relationship issues. I also work with people experiencing religious deconstruction and who want support navigating that experience.

I do not provide crisis services and do not work with people who are actively in crisis or who are court ordered to receive therapy. I do not provide any type of case management services such as writing letters for emotional support animals, work accommodations or any type of character witness work.

I provide telehealth services as well as in person services. My office address is located above.

I understand that life sometimes gets in the way of attending your appointment. I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Unless it is a extreme emergency, cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of $160 at my discretion. Please be aware that late cancellation charge is not covered by insurance and will be out of pocket.

Please note that no-showing to scheduled appointments will also accrue the same late fee.

I work Monday-Thursday 10am - 5:30pm. I do not offer evening or weekend sessions.
